Day Service

The office is open and takes calls Tuesday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00pm.  The MHLC provides expert legal assistance for people with co-occurring mental health and legal concerns. We support clients and provide legal representation at Mental Health Tribunal hearings. We also take on non-project specific casework that is complex and varied dealing with many difficult legal problems faced by our clients.

Please note that this service is only available to Victorian mental health consumers (or representatives provided we have obtained consumer permission to speak on their behalf) about their own issues.

The Centre can accept reverse charge calls in an emergency.
